Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every Rainbow Rage box is thoughtfully and personally curated, and your trust in me means the world.

Because each box is customized using the size, preferences and style information provided at checkout and contains one-of-a-kind pre-loved pieces, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for fit, personal style preferences or the surprise nature of the box.

Pre-loved clothing may show normal signs of age or gentle wear. Every piece is carefully checked, and noticeable flaws are shared whenever possible.

If your order arrives out of normal pre loved damaged, you receive the wrong order or something is significantly different from its description, please email contactrainbowrage@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will review the situation and work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit or refund when appropriate.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
